General Info

Bolt Babies are a male and female based species. They live in heavily wooded areas away from modern day life. They have no real understanding of english language, they speak their own sort of language and some don't speak at all. They have a human like appearance throughout their facial features and their body structure, however they have hooves instead of feet. On further examination they do not have skin either, it's pieces of different materials stitched and pieced together to create each individual Bolt Baby to make them their own. Each one has unicorn type ears, tail, and a single horn coming from their forehead. Bolt Babies material patterns and colors can come in all shades of color. However they're are a few rare among the group that have been pieced together in only black, grey and white cloth to represent a more simpler time, like I said only one has ever been seen, but I'm sure more will start inching their way out of the forest eventually. Bolt Babies usually keep to themselves however they long for love and a mate so when they reach a certain age they go out searching for their soul mate. Bolt Babies also have bolts, one on each side of their neck, they have to stay charged with electricity at all times or they will short out and die. Bolt Babies have no organs, therefore they have no real heart to stay alive, electricity is key.

Charging

Bolt Babies are brought to life with Electric Charms. Each charm holds a different personality trait, making each baby unique. Once a charm is placed it cannot be removed. The electric charge from the charm lasts up to three months, Bolt Babies need Electricity to keep them alive. Once the electric charge from their charm starts to get low the babies start to get weak and sick. Babies need to stay between 90 - 100% at all times to keep healthy and vibrant, therefore it's a good idea to invest in a "Shock Box", a item designed specifically for the Bolt Babies. All they need to do is attach the negative and positive cables, one to each bolt, and turn it on. Once the shock box is on it evaluates the energy level within the Baby and then starts to charge it to the level of 90%+. Once charging is complete the light with turn from red to green to shown the process is now finished and you may power down and remove the cables.

Language

Bolt Babies speak a language already known to other creatures hiding in the forest. They share the elvish language with the elves.

Clothing

Bolt Babies have grown to love human clothing. Having no specific clothing of their own, they tend to steal clothing from humans. Upon stealing clothing from humans they LOVE accessories! Anything from hair bows, beads, bracelets, watches, necklaces, earrings, etc etc. If it's an accessory they are obsessed, they are often seen wearing lots of them, if not they are usually wearing at least one accessory at all times! 

Genitalia and Reproduction

Bolt Babies do not have genitalia therefore they cannot reproduce, meaning there are no nipples, no penis', and no vaginas. All creatures are handmade by a being unknown, therefore they do not age either. Bolt Babies stay young forever as long as they have some sort of electric current keeping them alive that is.

Males and Females

It's often quite hard to tell the difference between the genders of Bolt Babies as they have no genitalia. Males are also quite feminine in their features with soft faces and tiny frames. Upon further examination males tend to have flat chests and slender hips, while females on the other hand have large breasts, sizes A - DD, and wide hips.

Living Habitats

Bolt Babies live in heavily wooded or deep forests away from modern day life. However, some are very curious in nature and tend to wonder closer to the main lands, although this is very uncommon.

Damage and Hobbies

Bolt Babies are hardly ever take damage or rip at the seams. They are made with very strong nylon thread, however if for some reason they are damaged or tore they are highly crafty creatures. Bolt Babies are very talented tailors and spend most of their time sewing.

Enemies and Friends

Bolt Babies do not have any said enemies. They are extremely cautious when approaching new things, places, people, creatures, surroundings, and other foreign objects. The do warm up to other species of Unicorn rather quickly though!

Special Info

All Bolt Babies have one stitched heart somewhere on their bodies. It is a requirement!

The heart represents the Bolt Babies bond with it's owner and also it's personality. When a Bolt Baby is adopted the new owner is now faced with bringing the Baby to life by placing a charm into the "heart" of the creature. Each charm is charged with electricity and gives life and personality to each baby. Once a charm is placed it cannot be removed.

The Adventurous Charm - This charm represents a sense of willingness to take risks and try out new things and experiences! Will your Baby be a little daredevil, fearless and brave?
The Curious Charm - This charm represents a sense of eagerness to learn something new, something strange and unusual. Will your Baby be strange, bizarre, and weird?
The Cheerful Charm - This charm represents a sense of uncontrollable happiness, being optimistic about everything in your path! Will your Baby be bubbly, friendly, and joyful?
The Creative Charm - This charm represents a sense of imagination, coming up with original ideas, and being artistic! Will your Baby be original, innovative, and expressive?
The Humorous Charm - This charm represents a sense of lightheartedness and a good sense of humor! Will your Baby be entertaining, witty, and amusing?
The Knowledge Charm - This charm represents a sense of knowing facts, skills, and information by experience or education. Will your Baby be skillful, understanding, and capable?
The Love Charm - This charm represents a sense of feeling or showing love or great care for another. Will your Baby be affectionate, passionate, tender, and caring?
The Peaceful Charm - This charm represents a sense of tranquility, and non aggression, free from conflict. Will your Baby be calm, mellow, and quiet?
The Sociable Charm - This charm represents a sense of willingness to engage in group activities and events! Will your Baby be approachable, outgoing, and friendly?
 
Rare Charm: Only To Be Used By The Creator: Me!

The Wise Charm - This charm represents a sense of experience, knowledge, and good judgement. This Baby is intelligent, clever, sophisticated, and insightful.

Only one Bolt Baby is known to have The Wise Charm and that is the oldest Bolt Baby alive. She has only been seen once or twice in her lifetime and is the rarest and purest of the creatures to ever exist.

Of course Bolt Babies are not limited to just these personality traits, these are just their main behaviors. They may also have other traits that pair with their charm! Example: Peaceful Charm, other trait: Shy

Rarities

The upper class rarity in the Bolt Baby breed is the creature is made from all black, white, or grey cloth. These bolt babies are the purest out of all the creatures. On further examination they also have only black, white, or grey features, including eyes, horn, hooves, and hair.
Common Feature: One Hair Color Accent. Uncommon and Unlikely Feature: Two or More Hair Color Accents.

The middle class rarity in the Bolt Baby breed is the creature is made with colored cloth with either black, white, or grey cloth. On further examination they have various eye, horn, hoof, and hair color.
Common Feature: One rare cloth: Black, White or Grey. Uncommon and Unlikely Feature: Two rare cloths: Black, White or Grey.

The lower class rarity in the Bolt Baby breed is the creature is made with colored cloth material only. On further examination they have various eye, horn, hoof, and hair color.
Uncommon and Unlikely Feature: Small patches of rare cloth on the body.


Name was changed due to something I'd rather keep private, however I like this name better now that I read through it! Bolts and electricity is key with this species so it makes sense to me!
